Hirics was founded with one goal in mind — to simplify and streamline the hiring process for busy employers who want to find top talent quickly. When you work with Hirics, you are working with a team of experienced and dedicated individuals who will get to learn you and your work culture in order to find the best candidate to fill each specific job role.
Our Team
Julia has spent the last decade working in the legal field as a paralegal, firm administrator and eventually the owner of an extremely successful paralegal and law firm consulting business, LevLegal, LLC. As a part of her legal career, Julia began learning the recruiting business from both sides. Julia has taken her experience as both a potential employee and potential employer to help build a better recruiting process for Hirics.
As director of Hirics’ Legal, HR, Administrative and Healthcare departments, Julia understands the needs of busy business owners, CEOs and internal HR departments who need their hiring needs met quickly and efficiently, and she strives to make sure every Hirics client has this experience.

Julia holds a degree in Political Science.
When Julia is not busy matching Hirics clients with top talent or managing her teams of paralegals and attorneys, Julia is a country music songwriter who also loves being active in her church, traveling, cooking/baking and spending time with her friends and family.
Shane is a highly-skilled financial expert and strategist who brings years of dynamic experience facilitating processes that help businesses become more efficient and profitable. Shane oversees the Accounting, Engineering, IT, and Marketing/Sales departments and ensure that the Hirics team can help clients meet their recruiting and staffing needs in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Shane holds a B.S in Criminal Justice from Saint Augustine's University and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies focusing on business organizations from Meredith College.
In his free time, Shane enjoys volunteering, mentoring, staying active in his church, working out and spending time with family and friends.
Briana Taylor is The talent Acquisition manager at Hirics. In her role, Briana helps the Hirics team acquire top talent nationwide to fulfill our clients' needs and goals. Prior to working for Hirics, Briana held Management and recruiting roles at several different fortune 500 companies. Briana brings to the hiring team relatability, structure, and a tenacity for attracting top-level talent. When Briana is not working for Hirics Briana enjoys traveling, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Shanise is a multipotentialite with experience and expertise as an author and in the fields of education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, recruitment, volunteerism, and sales. She hails from the Midwest. She received a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, Sociology, and Child and Family Services with a minor in Spanish from Purdue University. She possesses basic to moderate levels of fluency in several languages inclusive of American Sign Languages.

When Shanise is not busy she loves spending time with her grandchildren, children, siblings, and extended family. She enjoys long walks, skating, creative writing, volunteering, redesigning, and traveling.
